Lord, I pray I'll be go out to resume work, meet family and friends... Lord, turns the hearts of people at MSF to allow residents to go out... Do it in your way and your time. I pray for continued strength and joy to go through this period. Thank you Lord. In Jesus Christ name I pray, amen!!!

My verse for today,

You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the Lord will give you, Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the Lord will be with you.’ ”

Even though God gives you all the assurance on the victory, you still have to "face them" as an act of faith, it's co-labouring with God!! Ah huh!! ;)

I bought the most appropriate thing. I got a Bluetooth speaker (Beoplay A1). So far it's been so helpful to listen to music while exercising and to blast my music with good sound to chill... Hahaha :)

I have my fair share of disappointments, or maybe more than others, and it is quite true that dealing with disappointments can't be  dealt with fully on my own, but victories through Christ Jesus overcomes disappointments.

But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Thanksgiving

This post is to constantly remind myself how blessed I am. Amanda came up with the idea, but I caught on daily with a heart of gratitude. I did it from 7 April to 2 July... God is good, all the time... :)

On my birthday, this question is posted, 'Can failure take our joy?", it's such a direct question from God, so I've decided to intentionally to say No.

Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls,  yet I will rejoice in the Lord , I will be joyful in God my Savior.  The Sovereign Lord is my strength; he makes my feet like the feet of a deer, he enables me to tread on the heights. I was asking God for a special blessing for my birthday earlier in the week and today it just so happen to be reading the prayer of Jabez according to my daily Bible reading, I didn't plan for it. It is definitely God's blessing upon me, the Rhema word... I'm truly blessed Praise God :)

Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, “Oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! Let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain.” And God granted his request.
